Is this is the first place to start my slimming journey.. I guess Yes... because all these days I lacked the inspiration and push that I wanted to give me without being harsh .... yes I want to get my weight down...
Today is the first day ... and I will count my calories ... and the pounds I shed... on a 3 day basis....
Diet:
Breakfast: Granola Bar (9.30 AM)
Lunch: Coconut Rice +Cheetos (will try to eliminate from tomorrow --> replace with carrot)(12 PM)
Snacks: Some tea + walk (3 PM)
Dinner: 2 Roti + Gobi masala + hot water (7 PM)
before going to Bed: 1 Glass of Buttermilk(10 PM)
Will update my weight everyday after I come back from walk ...
Wish me good luck for a faster weight loss....
(The Post should go from Red to Green as I start shedding Pounds :))
