Banana to the Rescue..

Banana Peels Against Acne

I know they have long served their duty well and 90% of humanity has already slipped on at least one banana peel in their lifetime but they have another, more powerful ability that concerns our beauty.

Not only you can use bananas in a rejuvenating and moisturizing face mask, but you can keep just a small part of the peel to heal acne.

What makes bananas priceless in the fight against acne is the potassium and the antioxidants housed within their peel. They have the ability to drastically reduce skin irritation, swelling and redness, as well as to diminish the visibility of scars.

So, right now you are just 5 steps away from an acne-free face:
  1. Eat a ripe banana (you know how beneficial they are for your overall health, don't you?)
  2. Cut a small piece of the peel (approximately 1,5 inch).
  3. Rub the inside of the peel gently over the irritated area. Rub for about 5 minutes or until the inside of the peel gets brown. Replace and throw away the banana peel once it is entirely brown.
  4. Clean the skin around with lukewarm water but let the banana dry out on the affected area to do its magic.
  5. Repeat at least 3 times a day.
Apply daily to visibly reduce your acne. You will be surprised by the fast and glorious results and the clear skin you will be awarded with just a few days later. In fact, you will see the first results just overnight.

After we discovered banana peels at home we waved goodbye to all commercial anti-acne treatments.

Our second Anniversary ...

A lovely day ... I should say ... One more year of our wedded journey... Every passing year makes me more clear , more closer to the person I love the most...loved the dress father in law got for me ... he is the best... and my favorite.

On this day I remember the wishes and the rather parting look of my parents , tear filled eyes of my near and dear ones... the hopes and wishes in my heart when I left my home to join a new family ... my family... 2 years back...

This year was very special as his parents are with us ,  we started the day with their blessings , the warmth every parents bring to your day , be it Birthday or Anniversary ....

Thankful to the Lord ..!! for making me part of this beautiful family.. who love me for what I am... we offered prayers ... spoke to all of our closest family... cut the cake dad in law ordered for us.. and visited the Fairfax Temple...

Went to Lunch at Minerva and back to home... Ready for one more year of silliness and  love...

Love you Sandeep... you r my best buddy ever...

Yes... it happened...

Yes...!! at last, I saw the day which I never imagined I would and heard the words which really did hurt me to the core...

My Love, the only reason I feel I am lucky in this life and about whom I think most of my day... really said out all that he feels about , I feel like shit , it makes me scream out and end my life... but i do not have the courage to do so...

I never felt so bad, these words of him haunt me every moment... he said we are not meant for each other, we should get divorced ... yes 'Divorced'... never in my life did I think we would even think about it, He said I act , I really don't feel anything for him or his family... I feel I am the abandoned 'DOG', why the hell no one understands that I am a girl who married him not because I need a husband , but because I love him and love his family... Contradiction ... NO one believes you , if you are married and say that you love your in-laws, not even your Husband...

You can love your dog, You can love your phone , you can love your new car or job anything in the world but not your in-Laws... this happens and makes one go crazy , if the only one in your life whom you love so much and fought your life out to marry him names your affection a Drama ... or just another plot... I feel crumbled and insulted...

Finally, today I cannot deny the fact that I am insecure , He can leave me any day... He says we are not compatible... but I promise myself the day he says that to me .. I will end my life , saying sorry to my parents for being a very bad and selfish daughter....
